This is a great project to bring the peoples awareness into this blockchain. You truly are adding value to all and part of the help for adopting steem in our local places. However, like what you said the challenges here are real and I want to quote what you written.

Challenges
When the steem price was high, I was offered sponsorship for this event and I was asked not to write any budget publicly or make any crowdfunded post because they were going to give me everything I needed for the event. But now the price of steem went extremely low, they automatically backed out and give reasons for not sponsoring(low price of steem)

I hope the price of Steem go higher or you can find whales that is willing to support. This community is needed the people like you guys. Great post
