If you attack them that's ratings points in their favor when they are in the wrong. You don't #need #guns, you need some form of #evidence. Either #physical evidence; like #photos, #videos, #witnesses, a #crime #scene; or a t#angible #series of #events that #lead to physical evidence in an #affadavit.
**Crime is Crime.**
No #judge is going to *give* you a #decision, o#r anyone else for that matter. It's up to a #prosecutor to #prove #beyond a #shadow of a doubt *to a judge or a jury*. This means that no #matter what you #believe, the #decision is going to be made #because the #law is #interpreted *by the decision-maker*.
**There's good and bad in everything**
If the #fix is in, it's in and it will #show. What it can't do #conceal what is shown. When it's shown there will be an #opportunity to create *a new #beginning for your side*. This will not #work in an #informal #setting. #Professionalism is the #battleground for #understanding here. This is #where the# truth will #make you or #break you, not you #emotional #content, your #adamant #demands, or #even #cute #politeness. No #attorney is going to go out on a #limb to press a lie. ***UNLESS THEY ARE STUPID***.
