With hurricane Irma in the headlines and 2 other hurricanes making up cat 5 and cat 2 currently, the people in its path need all the help they can get.
But for such a weather pattern to occur even metrologist s are scratching their heads.
Is this a clear example of geo weather engineering, how can it not be if the professionals cannot explain the situation.
