@tincho i quite agree that in starting you hv to keep refreshing to see the whale upvote...the time didnt changed much..if talking reality no whale above 70 repo i see voting on any minnow ppsts....finally the minnows left with using bit-bots. Even few of the whales bother of voting minnows post the thing wud have different...
