Hi @gmuxx how are you? :) I just joined Steemit the day before yesterday so this post really resonates with me as someone who didn't have a clue about any of this. You sign in, you look around and you have to figure out how it all works. For me, having no experience with this kind of thing... I kind of just floated...honestly I kind of felt like I was sinking... I kept reading how to's and contests for the most part, trying to make sense of this whole new world. Someone told me to follow you, so I did but then what, I wasn't sure. What I did was spend hours reading others posts, mostly about how this works. Then I thought... I am going to write a post on how silly I feel on here and how I clearly don't understand how this works as at that point, in my mind, I was drowning :P Last night, after I had been on my computer for a day straight, I figured it out! It's about community! It's about sharing and responding and getting to know each other and it is such a wonderful network. I am so happy to be a part of it :) I support your evident hard work and I respect that you probably get bombarded with people trying to get something out of you, just know from someone who just got here- it can be a confusing wave before learning how to ride it so thanks for showing your patience and guidance to all the newbies out there :) PS Thanks for everything you do in the minnowsupport movement - I registered yesterday and have really valued the help of people who have been here longer to show me the ropes.
