As a medical researcher, I agree with @gvincentjosephm, There is a concern about the inappropriate use of these samples in the future. In my opinion, these samples may be a good source of Bioterrorism. But overall, I always look at the positive aspect of it, finding new treatment ways for diseases which are not curable.
