Happy December HPUD 2025: Up because we're down!

Happy December HPD, I think this makes me 12/12 so I shall look forward to another HiveBuzz badge in celebration of this most excellent monthly ritual.

Today I'm powering up 300 Hive to take me over the 150K threshold.

That's what you've got to do when Hive is priced low, low, low if you want to build your stake.

I've Powered Up nearly 3K Hive this month, that's reflecting the LOW hive price, more than usual!

NB I know a few people who have piled into Hive a lot harder than this at these prices.

I'm a lttle more cautious being of limited means overall but am still stacking here nonetheless!

November on Hive....

It's been quiet as usual, which I guess is good when a hardfork has happened and I personally barely even noticed it, that's just the way you want it.

I think for us mainly front-end users the main difference is that your vote doesn't deteriorate in value anymore which gives us a little more flexibility...

I mean I could now step away from the machines for three days over Xmas and just vote a lot on the 23rd without having to rely on an autovoter, which I don't generally do anymore, I think there's a couple of old classics still up and running but that's it.

For my part I've been doing the steady posting about running, I had a good first half November, then ill this past week, and mainly economics/ news posts and a couple on that damned car door scrape which shaped the month partly!

Splinterlands

We've been building up to the LAND CARD release which is exciting, goes live 3rd December so I've had to spend a fair amount of time jiggling my cards around to get more Aura and Wood and Iron and less stone, the later was an irrational vest anyway as it's less than the price of grain, so you may as well just put your higher PP cards on grain and swap.

So that's all fine, I needed a relabalance anyway.

So I've more or less got all the resources I need and now it's a matter of just deciding at the last minute whether I mint ALL that I can or just some and sell the raw materials, they are priced at a premium, interesting times!

Holozing...

The Holozing vials went live too I think it was this month (may have been late Oct?) I opened all but too of mine, NB zing rewards now flow mainly to opened cards NOT unopened vials.

I think i did OK - there's A LOT of variation in the base stats of these cards...

So far out of 7 cards....

• Overall Average stats per card vary from 30K to 61K

• Individual stats vary from 2K to 84K!

Yowser, so now we wait for the game to go live....!

November on Hive final thoughts...

It's been OK, just a shame about that flash crash eh!
