I'm seeing a lot of talk about the Hive Proposal Fund and the Hive Proposal System and just wanted to encourage everyone to review this page:

I would love to see THAT implemented directly on-chain!

No need to reinvent the wheel, just decentralize the wheel and let code be law!

    My concern is that system that Upwork runs is part of the reason they charge writers up to 20% of their earnings. We may not want to reinvent the wheel, but it seems like that wheel could be more efficient. Kinda like how wheels used to be vs how they make them now. They're all round for sure.
