In your youtube channel, hover your image and a pencit should appear. Click it and choose edit channel art. Then select the picture from your computer.

Right click the pic below, choose copy image location. Paste that into the address bar of your browser. It should go to my website where I uploaded it. from there, right click the image, choose save as.
