You could also have used Undo from the file menu in your browser. That's what Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac) is a shortcut for. Note it doesn't always work though if you had accidentally pressed another key or typed something then you would not have been able to go back. That is why I always use an external text editor to save little snapshots of my formatted text too. Sometimes the formatting is the bit that takes the longest!
