For that you would use @steembasicincome. You need to nominate another person and you both get the vote forever after that.
I like the post I linked above by @thedarkhorse. He gives a lot of help there to understand @steembasicincome.

You can and should also visit the @steembasicincome blog because they give frequent updates and let you know about contests. You may be able to win shares in those contests. I have been lucky enough to do this a few times.
