What are you losing by going Vegan? You are losing meat, dairy, sugars, highly processed foods...you are losing heart disease, digestive problems, emotional and cognitive interference and retardation, brain damage, arterial damage, diabetes...so many things you are losing. What are you gaining? Control over your mind, body and spirit...money and how you ethically and holistically pass through this time on Earth more in tune and less harmful in the wake you leave behind.
