Is Stemmit and Esteem tha same?
If I upload photo to esteem it will be direct to steemit profile pic?

Steemit and eSteem are not same. eSteem is an app that you can download to use Steemit on your smartphone. The functions are similar mostly.

An upload to eSteem is an upload to your Steemit profile. Yes.
