What are you losing by going Vegan? You are losing meat, dairy, sugars, highly processed foods...you are losing heart disease, digestive problems, emotional and cognitive interference and retardation, brain damage, arterial damage, diabetes...so many things you are losing. What are you gaining? Control over your mind, body and spirit...money and how you ethically and holistically pass through this time on Earth more in tune and less harmful in the wake you leave behind.

Yep youre winning by losing!

Everyone should try to be a vegetarian/vegan, just try it out at least once a week will be a good start,
it will be good for you, your body and everybody (including the animals)...
the good karma will help bring your health and mind to a greater height too

It's hard to be vegan for me right at this time of my life. You know why? It costs too much money.

It's so wrong when natural veggies and fruits cost much more than animal proteins. :(

well, you can always opt to be a part-time vegetarian whenever you have the chances...
try adding more portions of healthy veggies and fruits in your meals will be a good start too!

Thanks! That's what I'm trying to do. Also added Spirulina to my diet. Instant energy buzz.

hey spellmaker, i break down the myth of it costing more in the long run, especially with doctor bills being in the 5 figures.

That's one way to put it.
It is very important what kind of energy we feed ourselves with.

Peace, Love, Gratitude!

planting the vegan seeds 👌🏽🌱

yep, maybe not now. let it slowly sink in

The vegan diet is definitely worth giving a shot. 2 of my personal trainers are vegan and they out train virtually every person in the gym.

proof in the pudding baby, well not pudding, maybe almond milk!

I prefer oat milk :)

It is a healthy lifestyle, but it is very difficult to follow, especially if you have children. Also, it is difficult for a family member to follow this lifestyle, and the others do not.

so true! I live with two others who eat meat a lot. the smells from the past. always saying how the meat tastes SO GOOD and how I should have some. I try to ignore it. funny. keep eating right - live longer and healthier. :)

yep! i just smile and in 40 years, well see who is laughing! its a game of the fittest

yes, there will always be challenges. I talk about how environment and support will be key. It can be done

I'm vegetarian for years and more and more vegan as well, i hope that non vegan will find interests in your teaching...

of course, i just want people to be more aware of what their choices lead to, because it's not about them

I personally Think its all about balance.

yes, alot of people will agree with you as well. we have to look at the whole picture of what's being affected. By cutting meat, we are literally saving more human lives and not just animal lives

Went Vegan about 3 months ago. The best and most important lifestyle choice in my life.

hell yea! once you pass the 6th month mark youll be golden! Oct 30th will be my 1 year mark!

Congrats! Its actually a lot easier then I thought being vegan. Feeling great 😁

Hi @connorhcranston. For me turning vegan became easy once I released the amount of cruelty and suffering the meat and dairy industry causes. This information only really soaked into me after I watched first 'Cowspiracy' and then more so after watching 'Earthlings'.

The health side of things would not have pushed me hard enough to become vegan and then stay vegan. Now I have been vegan for over a year, there is no turning back for me. My biggest regret is not making the change sooner.
