Wow, thanks a lot for taking the time to share your valuable knowledge in such an easy to read yet comprehensive way. I am still trying to wrap my head around it all, but your post was eye-opening in many respects - I have to admit, I have been making a lot of the mistakes you caution against in your post (e.g. following everyone back, replying to all comments with non-productive comments). After the first moderately successful introductory post, I was beginning to get discouraged at the non-response to my posts since then, but your post is encouraging.
