The ability to run is laid to us by nature. This ability is carried out due to the difficult coordinated activity of the limbs and skeletal muscles. Initially, it was an opportunity to move quickly in pursuit of prey while hunting or escaping predatory animals, but after millennia it became just an element of an active lifestyle.

The current run has several other goals, but the benefits of its impact remained the same. Constant running classes are excellent cardiovascular load, which allows to keep the cardiovascular system in excellent condition. In addition, it is a great way to increase the endurance threshold of the body, increase the total substances, which will allow you to control body weight, adjust the rhythmic work of the nervous and endocrine systems. The advantages of running also include a positive effect on the immune system of the human body, skin tone. Physics here also plays its specific role: during the run, thanks to repulsive movements, the human body, jumping and falling, overcomes the earth's gravity, which leads to a resonance of blood flow in the vessels and the run itself, thereby awakening the previously unused capillaries. Microcirculation of blood, contributes to the revitalization of the endocrine organs. This is only a small part of the utility of running.

There are a number of rules that should be followed when moving from walking to jogging.

  • Firstly, it is, of course, sports equipment, in this case it is comfortable shoes designed specifically for running (well, such a product is now offered by any sports store where you can find a refined and high-quality product).

  • Secondly, it is clothing designed for sports. It is better to choose natural fabrics, because while running the body actively secretes sweat, and, for example, cotton, allows the skin to breathe and absorbs the excess in itself. However, modern technologies of well-known world brands: Nike, Adidas, Puma, Reebok, etc. allow any clothes to “breathe”.

  • Thirdly, do not forget about your body, or rather about contraindications, because, despite such bright prospects, even the most useful can have side effects. Before you start fanning from morning runs in the park, do not forget to consult with your doctor (during the run there is a high load on the joints, cardiovascular system) - if you have health problems, you should replace the run with more benign sports, for example, sports walking, cycling, water aerobics.
