Last night my daughter did job shadowing by working a shift in the casualty of Hillbrow Hospital in down town Johannesburg.
This is a government hospital that services one of the highly densely populated urban area of South Africa and a huge crime capital.
In her shift there were stab victoms - which the doctors on call say is a norm.
Anyway, I'm glad she could help people in need
Its the help of humanity, very nice job to relief the sorrows and pains of the people. I am really glad to hear this.
A mixture of the poor and needy, drunk and disorderly and criminals or crime victims (the last 2 are hard to tell apart)
