The second part of this year have started, and it brings along with it a series i believe will help foster community here on Steemit.
It is a series i wish to call Humans Of Steemit
Hardfork 19 happened and people were celebrating about the increased voting power, but now days after we are all feeling the side effects, post engagement and voting have greatly reduced, people are hoarding their Upvotes and not even replying to other people's posts, While pumping out a truckload of Content at the same Time
Everyone is talking, but no One Is listening
I have found out that most Minnows on Steemit still follows unethical means to get attention, ranging from spamming people's post ,Follower begging and even disruptive Post promotion on Steemit Chat and Discord all in a bot like manner
We Need Humanity Back On Steemit
On Humans Of Steemit, Older Minnows and DOlphins will be sharing the Stories of their Lives before and after finding Steemit
They will be sharing the lessons they learned early on and the steps they took, that enabled them to experience blog growth and grow their presence on Steemit
The reason for this is that most new Steemians think that the system is not fair and that they cannot make it here going the right path, I believe that is the reason for the exccessive Spamming and other unethical activities like Follow begging and writing misleading posts
Humans of Steemit aims to bring them the perspective of Minnows like them and the assurance that consistency and Hardwork will always pay off
The first Humans Of Steemit story will be going live on Monday and we already have guests for next week. They are :
They will be sharing their experiences on the Humans of Steemit and how they were able to experience growth in the Steemit ecosystem
You can help promote this series by resteeming this post as more new Steemians have to See this.Thanks
Thank You For Reading
really great idea! thank you for inviting))
Thanks for agreeing to share your story
You're getting popular. Congrats.
))) aha
Lovely idea! Looking forward to getting to know their experiences and being inspired :-)
haha what about bots :) some humans taking form of bots seems like more often. sharing experiences I think is healthy, that doesn't cause those problems rather jumping into conclusions too soon it seems. But as time goes we gain more knowledge through those shared experiences and we grow with it then share ours. follow upvote begging is just commen sense wrong. I think they are realizing that more and more as more people are talking about it and some even going straight to flagging. hopefully it will disappear and grow into something like establishing friendships and connections.
Hello @deserttree
Thanks for reading and dropping your insights.
Restoring full Humanity is the aim of this series.
@ogochukwu
Cool idea. I just joined the platform and its a little bit frustrating to see people begging and being rewarded for it. I'll keep making my content and hopefully that wins in the long run :)
Luckily that wont do the trick in the long run, as the marketplace will not reward BS. Guess things will get better as soon as people get settled in and the hype stops a little.
Upvoted, followed and resteemed!
great idea
Great post ! Upvoted. Don't forget to enter my $500 SBD giveaway https://steemit.com/contest/@cryptomonitor/should-i-visit-your-place-usd500-sbd-giveaway-on-steemit-enter-today Thanks
spamming is not cool either ;)
Sounds like a good idea. Just tell me after your post it says follow @ogochukwa. What is the difference between that and follow begging?
Hello @hope777
I just provided a reminder for those who may like my content to follow me, it is not a coersion of any kind.
Thanks for reading and the resteem.
@ogochukwu
Thank you for explaining that to me as I also post at the end of my posts follow @hope777. I am following you, my brother in Christ :-)
With pleasure I read about the people who succeeded on Steемe. But I would like to see fewer bots!

nice one @ ogochukwu.
its said that the best way to learn is from the mistakes and successes of others, because we might not live long to make them our selves.

I already had a social blogging experience so I am familiarized on what to correctly do in platforms such as this.
I also found out that the system is quite fair despite we are seeing negative traits that some steemians do, old and new alike.
I am also appreciating the support teams that really care for others like to minnows and/for their encouragement in contributing to this community.
I think we need more cheetah as well
@ogochukwu
What do I need to do to be a part of this? Write a personal post? I did not get the concept yet. :)
Older Steemians tell their Life Story and also how Steemit have changed their lives.
@ogochukwu
so very cool idea
Thanks for reading
@ogochukwu
This is great. Being a new person to steemit, long time lurker. I want to do it right and I want it to be fair. I will be following this closely. I do not fully understand all the ins and outs of this system yet. But hoarding votes should not be rewarded. It makes no sense to have a system that rewards vote hoarding and mass posting. I look forward to learning more so I can hopefully be an asset to steemit. Thanks again for the great post.
Hello @tim-rumford
Thanks for reading, this is merely an introduction post for the series.
Wait till you read @aksinya story tommorow. It is very powerful.
