@kalayah77 sounds like you have had a fair load on you for some time, from your own stuff and also greatly from others. Am guessing that whilst you have a good idea of being #mindful and keeping positive that at times that knowledge has gone from mind for a while as the negativity has taken over. It happens, getting into a different and beneficial mindset takes practice and a little nudge from yourself every so often to keep on it. The value in doing it is incredibly high though.
If you are interested in empowering yourself to get into a really beneficial mindset then two of the things that are highly recommended are #Ho'oponopono and #Meditation. Ho'oponopono is incredibly simple and easy to learn, you can get the basics in just a couple of minutes and they can be hugely transformational. Keeping this technique in mind and using it can aid you to dispel #stress as soon as it starts and lead to it disappearing pretty quickly.
Meditation takes a bit of practice, though even from just doing 5 minutes at a time a couple of times a day you can dramatically change your life. There is a massive body of evidence which is growing all the time regarding the health benefits of meditating, with doctors and scientists now showing real ways of how it helps to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. All from just taking a short amount of time to become calm on a regular basis.
