A life long dream exploded in our mind, so we started building a tree house for a place of meditation and for my family, overlooking a pond with numerous plants and chickens paths.
8x12 with a 4' deck on one end.i built 2 4x6 tribeams anqored with 1 1/4"x 12' lag bolts to support the floor joice with brackets that allows the tree to move and grow.
Be powered by solar and led lights.
Be a fun project, the finish product is not, but will look like the last pic i posted.
Cant wait to spend the night in it.

the tree fort I built as a kid didn't look anything like that!
However, I was only 12.

This is incredible, and I wish for it to go smoothly for you! I've always wanted a tree house, but wasn't sure what I'd do with it as an adult. A place to meditate sounds PERFECT. Now I dream to build one someday when I live somewhere with trees.

I always thought it'd be awesome to build a tree house and turn it into a simple office. Maybe just a quiet place to write you know? I don't have any trees suitable for such a project here, but maybe in the future when we move I'll make sure the yard has a suitable tree house tree in place. haha : )
