Oh wow, I love that you guys bartered kind of through Homsteaders Co-op!

I was interested in the red noodle beans but my plate is pretty full this year... we'll try new things later!

Thanks for making my learn something everyday happen so early today... I didn't know willow branches can act as a root hormone of some kind... that's pretty awesome!

It makes sense I guess, it does grow on its own pretty much anywhere from cuttings.

Yes you don't have to buy chemical rooting powder if you have some willow handy! Last year I made a bucket of willow water for rooting all kinds of cuttings. It works pretty well :)

I'm not yet familiar with willows unless it's a wheeping willow! I know we don't have any right on the property but there are plenty to be fpund elswhere! I'll remember this one for sure and try it.

Thanks again

Weeping willow would work just fine! I am pretty sure any willow will work to make willow water. Good luck finding a willow ;) If you do, get some growing from cuttings because they take root very easily and then you will have your own willows!

Yes excellent idea, I want to eventually make a living fence too! Hey thanks for to benefits of being a contributor... I just got my rewards!

I love the concept of living fences, I would love to experiment with them too on my future property if the need arises. You're very welcome for the beneficiary rewards! I hope it is extra motivation to keep contributing you thoughts and quality content :)

Haha Yes it is motivating in deed!! I"ll have that post ready very soon!
