Very cool. The restaurant scene is huge in Chicago and in terms of a market I found the demand for local produce far outweighed the supply. We did a farmers market around the ravenswood area last year and it was alright, not as much traffic as a Logan square market but it worked for us.
Also check out the markets in the burbs, especially up north. Good luck man, hope you crush it!
