Hello! Wow! That's a fat daddy SCOBY you have there! I just made a new SCOBY from some leftover Kombuchas I had in the fridge. I've done the second step so now my Kombucha's done; I hope I can get it fizzy this time, I never can get it fizzy enough for my taste. Got some fresh ginger and blueberries. Maybe that will kickstart it, ya think? Say hi to the goats.....:))

The ginger always does it for me! Don't be afraid to add a pinch of sugar or fruit juice as eating sugar cause kombucha to be gassy, lol!
