@homesteadhippy, it look yummy and delicious. So far, I haven't tasted any cake with ginger flavor. I normally used ginger in cooking and as a ginger tea. This was first time i heard bake ginger chocolate peach cake. I can visualize the aroma of ginger in our mouth when we took a bite of the cake. In Chinese, ginger is very good to our blood flow and health. So Chinese like to cook with ginger.
Your cakes make me mouth watering and thank you for the detail on how you prepared it. Because I not always able to follow the recipe in the cook book and the result was a disaster :p
