I like and own Lodge cast, but was sad to see that their enamel Dutch ovens were from China. I was going to treat myself to one for Christmas.

yes, it is such a shame that some of their products aren't made in the USA. Apparently they could not find any company in the US that would provide the enamel service that they needed. I haven't tried one myself so I am not sure how they stand up beside the pots made in France.
