That's still pretty amazing just on microgreens and lettuce! I would love to do this but our state requires special licensing if you aren't selling directly to consumers. We still hope to do it in the future but it might be a while!

No doubt! I'm not sure. I haven't looked into it much yet I just know there is one. We don't need anything to sell directly to the consumer so I figure I'll start there. Then get the license for selling eggs (only need to take a class) and basically work up from there to the harder to obtain licensing
