Excellent! Those baby trees will do so well having come from the same area they will eventually grow in! I love the 10 tree idea <3 <3<3 We are going to dig up some of the Black Locust seedlings out back to transplant out front where we lost a bunch of trees out front in the ice storm. I think we will collect some of the Black Walnut seeds to start some of those as well!

Awesome. I wish black walnut was more common around here. I have heard about a few trees that grow around here but I have yet to see one. I have a few heartnut seeds I am also trying to sprout but I am not sure about them because I didn't stratify them in damp conditions they were just in a baggy in the fridge...
