So wonderful to see others diving into the adventure of learning to use parts that may otherwise be wasted. Tanning hides is a beautiful (and labor intensive art). I teach Brain Tanning up here in Northern Alberta and I have been so impressed with the welcoming and desire for this traditional skill! It is the perfect activity for bringing together a group within the community to learn together. Which ever method you chose, I wish you much success!
