There is no cayenne in this mix, as he says that's one that will make it too hot for us.

The other 2 mixes I won't probably be making. They were just with the first, and I didn't know what recipe he wanted to use, so I included them all.

I am pretty clueless about heat and peppers. I rely on him for that info. :))
