The construction of your building is far advanced, the foundation is very strong. Your hands are also very strong. After working, the hands get stained. You have to work a lot more to complete the building construction. very good

Tarring looks so satisfying. Also the whole project is starting to come together and look absolutely fabulous. Make sure to rest good and keep grinding after that as I am so stoked to see the final look of the house!!
Using the hammer to test how solid that pillar was, I think the plywood did its job nicely before you removed it.

Land here is very cheap let's say less then 5$ per m2 for agriculture or forest ground you can then convert a percentage of the land in To building ground.
My guess If you built everything yourself you end up spending around 5000-7500pln per m2. In my case that would be 500.000-750.000pln or max 175.000$ + land for very high standards.
