I wanted to get an update out for all of my new friends!
I have awesome material coming together for my The Truth About Coffee Series, sorry its taking me so long.
Currently we are building an earthbag dome, which is taking up a lot of our time. Here's a picture of me taking my horse to the hardware store for more cement:
