I keep trying to learn how to do new things. Well tonight I made homemade pasta for the first time. It was still kind of thick because I don't own a rolling pin and had to use an empty wine bottle but it came out really good!

I love the inprovising! A great substitution...and it looks wonderful. We just made sourdough pasta for the first time recently...fresh pasta is just soooooo good.
