I didn't even know that something like recipe testing from the books existed. I would love to do it too! :) I like your honest opinion. It's not all positive but I'm sure she'll be happy to improve her next book and I do agree with your points. They all make sense..

I'm glad that somebody else finds that cake can be too sweet. I don't have a sweet tooth in general and some cakes really are too much for me.
