Hmm, I think I know why all the boys (the billy goats) look happy. It's because you promise them to meet beautiful ladies soon on December 5th.
I think you are right!
Do you have any trouble keeping the goats in the pastures? I have two goats and they were pretty amazing escape artist but I fixed that with an electric wire.
We also use electric fence. They stay put pretty well
There is nothing more relaxing than watching your herd enjoying themselves. :D How big is your pasture, it looks ginormous in this video? :D
How are you going to decide which billy goats get to go meet the ladies and which ones you're going to leave at home? :D Do you alternate which ones you take when you go or pretty much the same group each time? :D
We only had the one billy goat when we had goats and the ladies were here when they were ready, thankfully we never had to take our billy goat anywhere until the day we sold him. He wasn't a very cooperative billy goat while he was here, always tried to bash me in the back of my knees and knock me down, that's why he had to go. :D Your billy goats seem much better behaved than ours was. :D
God bless you and your wonderful family. :D Have an awesome day my fabulous friend! :D
I am glad you enjoy them. The pasture the cows are in is about 50 acres. We have about 400 acres of pasture all together. We pick the Billy’s by disposition and body shape. We had a billy a few years ago that would try and knock you down. He had to go as well. Thank you for watching. Have a wonderful weekend
I thought it looked pretty big and was thinking its was around 20 acres just from the bit I saw in your video. They look quite content, the herd and the billy goats, its always nice to see the wide open spaces of your pastures while the herd is out roaming and grazing. :D
I don't blame you for sending that billy away, there is no place for animals that try to knock you down on a homestead, especially when there are small children around that they might hurt in the process. :D
Its nice when you can get the mellow ones that just want a nice chin or nose scratch when you come near though. :D
I hope you and your fantastic family have a great, relaxing weekend full of laughter, love, friends, and family. :D
God bless you and your wonderful family. :D Have an awesome day my fabulous friend! :D
The animals look happy and healthy
Thank you!!!
haha! howdy Farmer! Hey you know what they say about people who talk about themselves in the third person don't you? lol.
Hey look at those goats jumping in the feeder lol. Great title, brings up quite the image. How come there's no kids anymore? they're on strike?
I guess ya'll got those Walnuts cleaned up or did you give up on those too?
Thanks for watching. We collected all the walnuts. There was not near as many this year. Will get the kids back to work soon;)
I bet you did chores in the pouring down rain too. :-)
Yes sir. Rain or shine;)
