Look at the little fella there on the petal! Too cute!
I let Sophie do the watering so I could take pictures. She only sprayed me once... or twice... Little shit! :P
An up close shot of a red Lily!
Red Lily
White Lilies! These and the reds are growing together in one pot. So pretty!
Beautiful yellow wild flower. These come back every year and are now sprouting up in different areas of the yard!
Hello Mr. Snaily! He was hanging out with the blackberries... Sneaky sneaky!
Then we come up to the veggies and fruits! The strawberry plants are Sophie's... as in she doesnt share! We picked a total of 6 today and she ate them before I could get a single picture! So glad theyre doing well this year. Last year I think we got maybe 2 and they were attacked by bugs!
Baby blackberries!
These big boy tomatoes were trying to hide! After we watered the plants, they laid down a bit and exposed the hiding spot! This is the first year we have had such great growth on the big boy tomatoes!
Then of course, we have some cherry or grape tomatoes, not sure which! Im thinking grape, as they seem pretty large already to be cherry!
Then we have some snap peas! These have been doing GREAT this year! Sophie loves to snap these and feed the baby chicks the peas in them. Super fun to watch the chickens trying to get a hold of one.
Last but not least, these guys are awesome! Purple, yellow and green beans! Theyve grown good enough this year that mom has been able to use a few bundles in her dinner kits. The lady was so happy to get her different color beans!
It was lots of fun to get out in the yard with Sophie. She loves checking out all the plants and veggies. I hope her interest stays into gardening. I think its so important for kiddos to understand where their food comes from! And of course, its always great to get outside and soak up some good ol' Vitamin D! The blood sucker skeeters came out and made us come back inside but it was fun while it lasted! If you get a chance, get outside today, get a little sunshine and....
SMELL THE FLOWERS!
(All pictures are my own, taken with my Samsung phone!)
A very interesting and interesting profile.
Regards! :)
Thank you :)

It's so good and the explanation is very real ,cool ;)
Thank you :)
this very interest I love it
Our trees are just now getting leafs. The grass, well weeds are just starting to turn green. The only flowers growing outside right now and flowering are the dandelions. and some of them already fluff balled out. And yeah if you have strawberries and want to get a picture, well you need to do it before she sees they are ready to eat, heck if I was there you would need to do it before I saw they were ready to eat. Almost time for us to hit the nursery up and get the nasturtiums and pansies, and maybe some other flowers. Just container gardening for us again this year I think.
LOL!! Yes, I learned my lesson on that one! Theyre still pretty small, but bright red and smelled delicious! And according to her, they were! Hope to see some of your beauties soon!
What a wonderful stroll around the garden... Lovely stunning coloured flowers... They are gorgeous! I can't believe all that you grow... I would love to have grown all that! :))
Thank you so much for stopping by! Everything is growing so well right now... hoping they continue as its getting hotter. We have to water twice a day already! Damn Texas weather!
The flowers look majestic. It is indeed good for kiddos to know where plants and food come from. Keep up the good work teaching the little one!
Thank you so much! We try to teach her all that we can... the more you know, the more you grow! :D
Waaw!!! These flowers are beautiful and catchy. @smylie2005
Thank you! Too pretty not to photograph! :)
Awesome photos, but the first one in particular is stunning, including the 'little guy' on the leaf. I'm a firm believer in kids and gardening too. My oldest always loved it, and even though he lives in a big city now, he's the guy who's always starting a rooftop garden in his building where he lives :)
Awesome!! You raised him well! ;) The first one is my fave also... funny thing, I didnt notice the "little guy" until after!
Thank you, I think so too 😅
I love when a photo turns out like that, with an unexpected surprise!!
Great photos, too bad they weren't taken on an iPhone, haha! Just kidding, they really are amazing and that little guy on the purple flower is too cute. You daughters hair is really long, she is 3 right? Looks like a great day mama, glad you two enjoyed it.
Damn Droid haters! Dont be mad cause I dont gotta get a new one every 6 months!! LOL
Yes, shes 3! Her hair goes down to her butt now. Ive asked her if she wants to cut it because its getting to be Summer time and it turns into hell here in Texas... Its actually gonna be in the 100's by middle of next week :(. She says noooo momma, I like my long beautiful hair! LOL
It was a great day! Thanks for stopping by! :)
Right! Haha I thought I remembered you saying she was three, my daughter is too. Your daughters hair is beautiful, she is going to be hot though lol
