Yes you can! Granted it doesn't suds up as much as lye based soaps... but it is creamier and smoother.
I have been using it since I made it last week and LOVE it! Especially the lemon/yellow one... smells divine!

How exciting!! I just told @idyllwild what you said here and she is interested because she's been wanting to make soap for the first time. Do you have any instructions how to make the soap for these recipes?

I have the two listed here but if you search goat based or soy based melt and pour soap recipes- TONS come up.
I chose these two because I had all the ingredients and essential oils needed.

I like them because NO fear of lye fumes, etc.
I'll still make the lye soap, just not over the winter.

Awesome thanks for that @goldendawne! Will do some research on the pour soap recipes! This is good to know there are alternatives to lye. It will be fun to try both and see the differences.
