I had thought about homeschooling with my two older daughters with my ex-husband and unfortunately it never came to fruition. Now with a new one on the way with @ericst-germain, the idea has come back to light. This time with much more support. We live in Florida as well and the public schools in our area are nothing short of a disgrace. We have a lot of research to do and I have a lot to learn as I would be the primary educator. If you have any preferred resources, I would love if you would share them. We have a couple of years to look into the feasibility of homeschooling, but I am hoping that things fall in that direction.
