YOUR JOURNEY DAY BY DAY

Day 01 Arrive at Kathmandu International airport
After landing at Kathmandu airport you will have to process your Nepal Visa you will require USD 40 cash and 2 passport size photograph). Our representative will be waiting for you at the airport with a playcard. He will then take you to the hotel and you will spend the night at the hotel.

Day 02 Kathmandu tour (B)
Your Tibet visa will be processed today with your original Passport and Photographs.
Today you will explore the beauty and heritage of Kathmandu. You will start from Pashupatinath, the most divine and holy for Hindus around the world. Then we move to Boudhanath stupa, giant Stupa in the world and Bhaktapur, the city famously known for art and culture. You will also visit the traditional painting school and get a glimpse of Nepalese art. Tonight we spend at Kathmandu.

Day 03 Flight to Tibet Lhasa (B)
At Lhasa Gongar airport our guide well receive you and accompany to hotel. Today you will move around in Lhasa (3550m/12000 ft.) positioned at the foot of Mount Gephel. Lhasa is famous for Dalai Lama’s Potala palace. You can visit century old Monastries, Palaaces and crowded Barkhor Street. The temperature is chilling most of the time so we would suggest to get your warm clothes.

Day 04 Lhasa Exploration (B)
Today you will admire the Legendary Potala Palace located at the hill top and get a view of Lhasa city. Potala is divided into two parts, first is white and second red. The Palace built for meditation in 5th century and later renovated by Dalai Lama is among UNESCO world heritage site. You will then visit chapels, gallery and official Chapel of 14thDalai Lama till 1959.
Then we move to Sera Monastery, a religious historic site, next Jokhang Temple – the spiritual center. The beautiful temple is located in Barkhor Square, now a UNESCO world heritage site. Overnight we stay at Lhasa.

Day 05 Continue exploration of Lhasa.
Today we start our day from Drepung Monastery, the biggest Monastery in Tibet and shelter for thousands of Monks. Here you can see the prayer hall, meeting halland kitchen for thousands of Monks. Next you will visit Mentshikang (Tibetan medicine center) built in 1916. Then you proceed towards Dalai Lama’s summer camp Norbulingka Palace. It also has a beautiful park around and is a UNESCO site. Overnight at Lhasa

Day 06 optional Excursion to Yamdrok-Tsho Lake outside Lhasa.
After breakfast we dill drive to Yamdroktsho Lake where you can enjoy the view and in the evening drive back to Lhasa. It is one of the holiest lake in Tibet. The road goes up to Kamba la pass (4800 meters), you can enjoy the great view of the blue lake from the pass. Overnight at Lhasa.

Day 07 Fly back to Kathmandu. (B)
Flight to Kathmandu where you can enjoy the view of great Himalayas. The view of mountains such as Annapurna, Machapuchare, Manaslu, Pumori and many more are worth viewing from the flight. At the airport you will meet the guide, who will accompany you to hotel. In the afternoon you can visit various UNESCO monuments in Kathmandu valley.

Day 08 Fly to Bhutan and drive to Thimphu.
From Kathmandu International airport fly to Paro airport. Our representative will meet you at the airport and take you to hotel. Then drive to Thimphu (1 hour 15 minutes), Today you can take rest or tour at nearby palce which depends on the time that you arrive. Overnight stay at Thimphu.

Day 09 Thimphu tour.
Today you will explore Thimphu more closely and number of beautiful places are on the list. Sightseeing of National Library, Third King Memorial Stupa, Heritage Museum, paper factory, art school, and biggest statue of Buddha, Takin’s zoo, traditional medicine institute and many more. You will get a chance to appreciate the local culture and meet the people and encounter the peaceful village and admire the lifestyle of the people. Overnight stay at Thimphu

Day 10 Thimphu to Punakha excursion- back to Thimpu (150 kilometers.) 7 hrs (B/L/D).
After breakfast we start the tour of Bhutan, drive to renowned Dochula Pass (3102 meters) and see the view of great Himalayas. Then walk around 108 Stupas and you can take some beautiful pictures. Next, drive towards Punakha dzong and if we have enough time then we can visit the temple of fertility through rice terraced fields. Drive back to Thimphu. Overnight stay at Thimphu.

Day 11 Thimphu to Paro(B/L/D)
Today after breakfast we return back to Paro and walk to Taktshang or ‘Tiger’s Nest’famous monastery in Bhutan. It is situated in the Cliffside of the upper Paro valley. It is one of the holiest monument for Buddhist. Paro Taktsang is the best known of the thirteen Taktshangor "tiger lair" caves in which Guru Padmasambhava meditated.

Day 12 Paro to Kathmandu.
Fly to Kathmandu with an amazing view from the flight. At the airport, our representative will drop you to the hotel. If we have enough time today then we can go for sightseeing of Kathmandu and view the traditional sculptures. You can see the local market and move around the city, shopping of traditional items and enjoy the traditional food would be the best activity. Overnight stay at Kathmandu

Day 13 Kathmandu Sightseen (B).
Today we explore the Patan city, one of the cities among the three cities in the Kathmandu valley. It is well known for art and craft. You can enjoy the view of Durbar Square, beautiful sculptures in the old temples in Kathmandu. Next, you can see Tibetan refugee camp and Patan industrial area. In the afternoon you can have fun buying souvenirs or walk around viewing more sights. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.

Day 14 Departure (B).
Our representative will drop you to airport for your flight back home. You will surely carry along, abundant of memories of nature, hills, valleys and a different culture and tradition. The ethnic group that you will meet in this tour will be a memory to cherish and share with your closed ones.
