I just learned something new about selling on eBay just today after the many things I have already been selling throughout the months. What eBay says you get is different from what you get in your PayPal. So my calculations have been slightly off for all the sales I been recording in my notebook. I'm glad I caught this so I could correctly imput what I'm literally making after all the fees eBay charges.
I'm okay paying fees. This whole liquidation thing is all but a hobby right now for me. Not a full time job like some people make it out to be. Hats up for those who can sustain doing that.
Sold on eBay:
LifeProof FRE Case for Apple iPhone 6 Plus/6s Black
Sold for $18
Delivery Charge $4.60
Total Received form PayPal $21.60
(This is what I found out different)
PayPal charges their tax & their transaction fee from the customer which is different amount from all I get including product selling & delivery charge. So it's NOT 18 + 4.60
Shipping Cost $3.46
Final Value Fee on Shipping $0.46
Final Value Fee $1.80
Total Profit $15.88
Liquidation Score: +348.40
