They are hand made by people who enjoy the art of piecing together fabric. It is a difficult task even for a simple quilt. You never know what you will see and you will be amazed at how these people sew them.
The art and craft of making these quilts is as varied as the people making them. There is no end to what the imagination can create. I imagine the patience it takes to make them. The time to be able to bring a thought into creation.
The passion of what you believe can also be created and remembered for a long time. Quilts are passed down from one generation of families to another. An inheritance of family beauty, passion, and desire put all into one quilt. Maybe you would be lucky enough to have more that one. Maybe you could even make one to pass down through the ages of your family or friends.
