If his main password is still intact, all he needs to do is just to change his password and every other keys will change

He should still have his main password. He should change it asap. Once the password is changed, all the keys will be changed
Yes but after hive ask email and when he put there is the message "Unexpected token I in JSON at position 0" what should he do?
He should go to wallet and click on change password
Yes. He got phished through one of the other comments. Currently looking for all of them.
