COVID19 is microscopic. Technically it has no life. It is a virus thats why antibiotics has no enormous effect on eradicating it. A strand of protein, minute in size was so powerful to paralyze an entire civilization. It has perplexed governments, shutdown economies and have been causing breakdowns to the reigning breed, humans.
This recent paradox of life, succumbs a mighty race to depression. Imagine an almost invisible thing started a pandemic - a serious problem in global scale. It has reached all corners of the world spreading anxiety, conflicts and death.
2020, start of a new decade. We are supposed to be enjoying the fulfillment of our plans. We are on our way to take step further with progress. Until this horrible menace threathens our sanity. New normal arises as we adapt with consequent effect of this virus.
Reset. Maybe 2020 is not a year for another leap. It can be a year to step back... or a year to stroll and take your time... to dwell longer and appreciate what is present. The goal is to stay alive...to stay sane.
October is on its way. Imagine we are on the 3rd quarter. Though a lot of things has changed, hey! we are still here... continuously breathing.
As our OC-ness and paranoia became more evident, also our resilience and flexibility. Humans has been losing battle with microorganisms history per se but we always come up with an ingenious solution.
Hold on. The future is unknown, but we can be positive about it. Ten years will pass and we will look back on these days where we show courage, perseverence and care to one other. Like any raging storms, this too shall pass and we stand still bearing the lessons it imprinted on us - passing it on to the next generation.
Amid the trickery, conspiracy and uncertainty, lets try to seek the bright side of this challenging times.
Maybe it is that man handling a piece of bread to beggar on the street even if he doesnt know where to find the next meal.
Maybe it is that businesswoman trying to innovate ways to survive her company for the sake of her employees she has been with for years.
Maybe it is that child savouring the moments as his parents mentor him with his modules.
We will be laughing about COVID19 one day and will be thankful that it came. Stand still. Stay safe.
