Did you know? Why do cats rub their head on you?

in #hivepets3 years ago

I only get near spots in my hood and my own hoomans, but there many other cats that you see rubbing themselves into all different subjects!

So in this post I wanted to inform you that when your cat rubs their head against you … it is not (only) a sign of affection (or itch 😅)

Actually we like to mark you as their territory. We use our scent glands that are around our face, the base of our tails, and our paws to do so.

So tell me, did you know that?
