We have already implemented auto delegation of RC worth of about 10 HIVE to each new account for a week. So this mechanic is already in place, haven't announced it yet.
Bad news is, that RC delegated to us can't be re-delegated by us to new accounts, so it wont help but thanks a lot for asking :)
So old-fashioned HP delegations can still help?
