Hi HIVE BLOG have blessed day to everyone. My content for my blog today is; How to make a Ginataang gulay na Langka/Jackfruits cook in Coconut milk.
Last week I cook ginataang Langka for my family lunch I put some seafoods like fresh shrimp and dried fish or dilis. I remember when I was a kid my mother was always cooking this dish for our lunch or dinner . At that time we don't have any money to buy a meat or deliscious food for our lunch or dinner. Some times we only cook a root crops like sweet potato, Casava and ripe banana. But dish is one of my favorite dish of my mother.
Here is the ingredients that I use;
Ingredients;
*Hinimay na Langka./jackfruits.
*Hipon./shrimp.
*Dilis./dried fish.
*Gata./ coconut milk.
*Bawang./garlic.
*Sebuyas./onion.
*Luya./genger.
*Chili finger.
*Salt
*Seasoning

Now shall we start for cooking .I start in shrimp let's wash the shrimp and prepare the garlic, onion,ginger and also the coconut milk.
Put the pan into the stove and turn it on and prepare for cooking. Put the coconut milk in pan and make sure you have a extra coconut milk for it's cream then put the onion' garlic and genger and mixed it until it boil. If the coconut milk was boiling put the Jackfruits/Langka the mixed it and keep it boiling . If the jackfruit was mideum cook put the shrimp and the dried fish or dilis and also the salt and the seasoning then mixed it well and wait it until the shrimp and the jackfruit was totally cook. Then it's time to put the extra coconut milk to make it the dish creamy and delesciuos then mexed it and taste it if it's enough or need to add same seasoning. If the taste is enough wast wait a few minutes to cook the added coconut milk then it's ready to serve..
