While I was writing this I saw a post by a guy (huge stakeholder on Hive and SPL) I was fighting with (or talking since 2-3 years in a strange way, before we had a nice and friendy way).
And I also published the post too fast before explaining why the band from Düsseldorf is playing - maybe as I wanted to post to my former DanceWeekend but got into a different topic - apologies.
I confess we had issues, he came across too confident playing out his stake and role for economy - I never liked that. We often did fight or blocked each other - interestingly some years ago we had a real cool, nearly friendly relationship. But no matter - this guy also has his human issues and private things to do. I hate him 80% of the week by his attitude, 15% of the week I agree with his ideas as they mirror mine for the community, in a nutshell we are pretty similar. Anyways - I wanted to ask/talk about Hivefest by this post lol
So the actual reason for the post has gone nearly
Not that at all - I still consider to come to Croatia for the Hive community event - just curious where the big bag stakeholders are - I want to discuss with them about the future of Hive and i want to talk about the real meaning of the chain and concept, not about financal rewards which i rarely care of.
Who will be there from the big boys and girls (do we even have large female stakeholfers?)
Who will attend apart from @yabapmatt? - from the perspective of an old Steem / Hive investor I would love to see cornerstornes of the chain such as @pharesim @smooth and of course @blocktrades - but also guys that created the heart of community (that are not always called out the way they deserve this such as @guiltyparties or @crimsonclad - while i annoyed GP a lot during the last 6 years the others been pretty clear towards my "strange" marketing thoughts - only @detlev is aware what I think would make sense for Hive - guys like @aggroed simply forget it lol - Americans usually do not always feel Germans / Europeans could have helped them years ago
I am thinking of going, but I need to sort out somewhere to stay first.
I will be there, and speaking I believe! but I'm doing a huge bit of extra work to be able to afford it, since I've been off for two months with health stuff. Money is very tight so I'm just working it out as I never sell HIVE to go... But I haven't missed one yet, so I don't intend for this to be the year, even if it's been a super hard one.
Im always appreciative of people who call out and question in good faith. Plenty of us drive each other nuts, but that's a feature, not a bug! 🖤
Considering going too. It is probably the closest to my home ever. Five hours drive.
Yet, I would love to see the program by days to plan my leave.
