HCA #1 Entry to @Snook's Hive Community Activity - 'Rocks'!

It has been a while since I posted. I didn't really intend to restart given all of the drama and bullshit of the previous episode. And couple that with personal health issues Hive has not been an obvious place for me.

However, such is the potential for this platform I was chatting away in the @thealliance Discord server the day before yesterday and I noted that the intensely awesome @snook was running a community initiative. She has launched what she calls her Hive Community Activity and invites Hivians to publish a post about a certain theme, this time it's to write a short fictional or factual story on the theme of rocks.

I know that @snook herself is a creative type and likes writing fiction. And it's great to see her launch this kind of community project and I hope you guys will also consider joining in. If you do make sure you use the tag #hivecommunityactivity.

There is no prize, yup she's a real cheapskate is @snook! Lol! No I jest, it is just to stimulate community creativity and engagement. To be honest I think that's what I like most - the fact that there is no financial incentive, that's very refreshing. The initiative is simply inviting people to experiment with their creative side and have a little bit of fun.

I am currently not in the right frame of mind to be writing material yet but strangely I have been experimenting with film concepts by bring them to life in film posters using AI. I have been using the leonardo.ai platform for my experimentations. So I asked @snook if it was acceptable to perhaps enter her contest with a film poster on the theme of rocks, and she obliged me.

I created a few images but as you can see from the poster image right at the start of this blog post that was the one I eventually decided on.
