The "level" of the HBD stabilizer proposal has indeed sometimes posed a problem for funding other proposals and has already required adjustments in the past.We really appreciate your support @vimukthi
The purpose of the DHF is not to maximize capital, but rather to finance useful projects for the Hive ecosystem and its development.
