So there is not really a way to recreate this with every post, but if you do create posts of that sort of quality, I guess you will also receive more curations than not.

I find that my wife does less posts than I do, but posts into communities that have a better vote trail. I can only write about what I write about, so I just stay active so I can make more posts than her. I also only manage to do shorter posts, more frequently. If I spent a lot of time on a post, only to get very little support it feels like a wasted effort.
