There are/were inactive witnesses. For example I removed a vote from (unapproved) @busy.witness, and I voted for (approved) @felixxx in the recent past. The busy.org platform is no longer even exists. Probably I should also check my other witness votes, and I should remove votes from (unapprove) inactive witnesses.

I give you some !PIZZA and some !LUV.

    The ones that most matter are the ones that say "stale". Inactive ones can be normal as long the price feed is being updated.
